Step Two
Receive Booking Confirmation
1) You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with info regarding your cleaning.
2) You'll receive an email with our terms and conditions!
Step Three
The Cleaning
1) Our cleaner will arrive and take their entry video.
2) Our cleaner will clean the home as per the checklist and special notes.
3) Once finished, our cleaner will complete a walkaround and take their exit video.
Step Four
Feedback and Payment
1) Our team will reach out and ask for feedback on how the cleaning went!
2) You'll receive a link to pay your invoice within 48 hours after completion.
3) You'll receive a request to leave a Google and Facebook review!
